Project Description: The City of Tamarac's water system, supported by a Water Treatment Plant and two Booster Stations (Grant’s Plaza and Tract 27), enhances water pressure and purity for outlying communities. Tract 27, built in 1986, includes a 2-million-gallon tank, chemical and pump station buildings, a diesel generator, and a fuel system. The outdated generator and pumps need replacement, and the building doesn't meet current building codes. The project will upgrade the generator, pumps, structures, HVAC, and power systems
