Project Description: This project involves developing an 8-acre lot at Sabal Palm Ave, Tamarac, FL, 33321. It includes constructing a 1200 SF restroom and concession area, two picnic shelters, a 6000 SF covered playground, a trail path, a 2500 SF splash pad, a covered fitness station, a multi-purpose field, bleachers, a basketball/pickleball court, a dog park, parking, and improvements in irrigation, landscaping, video surveillance, security, and fiber network infrastructure.
Status: Step 2 of the design/build bidding process has been submitted to the three most qualified design/build teams. Proposal submittals were received and reviewed. This project is tentatively scheduled to go out for bid in early March 2025
