Woodmont Landscape Improvements – Phase II

Project Description: The 78th St / N University landscaping project, a collaboration between the City and Pulte, aims to enhance Woodmont's entrance. Work includes new trees, palms, sod, irrigation, and aesthetic enhancements. The City is responsible for irrigation and lighting power; Pulte will take care of landscaping and fixtures.
Status: The landscaping work has been completed. The electrician is working on installing the service panel and electrical conduit. City Staff are waiting on FPL to schedule a field meeting to re-energize the electrical service.

Pressure Cleaning Project

Project Description: The City is responsible for the maintenance and appearance of the sidewalks, curbs, and medians within its boundaries. This responsibility is part of the city's ongoing efforts to ensure a clean and welcoming environment. As part of the City's Shine Campaign, Tamarac has established a program dedicated to the pressure cleaning of all curbs, sidewalks, and medians on City streets within city limits.
