Project Description: This project includes the design and build of an Arts Park to activate the existing open space within the project site. The project includes a walking path, covered benches, trash receptacles, site lighting, fiber optic infrastructure, Wi-Fi, and installation of public art.
Status: The Public Services project management team is currently working with theCommunity Development Department, Parks & Recreation Department, and our Purchasing Division staff to prepare a formal RFP bid package for bidding this projectthrough the City’s competitive bidding process. This project is tentatively scheduledto go out for bid in March 2025.
