Project Description: This project includes the demolition and site preparation of four City facilities located at the following: one at 4949 N. State Road 7; one at 4959 N. State Road 7; one at 3660 NW 50th Street; and one at Shaker Village Clubhouse located between Commercial Blvd and Canterbury Lane, within the Shaker Village community.
Status: The bidding process for this project has closed. City staff are currently reviewing the submitted bids to identify the most responsive and responsible bidder. . This project is tentatively scheduled for consideration at the City Commission meeting on March 26, 2025.
