Project Description: This project involves designing and constructing an overflow parking lot for Caporella Park at 2400 NW 53rd Street. The plan includes a crosswalk with a flashing beacon system to cross Prospect Road at Caporella Park entrance, an ADA-compliant parking area, pavement markings, signage, drainage updates, security lighting, fencing, and advanced fiber network infrastructure for security and connectivity.
Status: The design-build team is progressing with 60% design submittals in preparation of a formal site plan for submission to the Development Review Committee (DRC) for review and site plan approval.
