Project Description: This project involves the design, permitting, and construction of a 1,320-foot precast buffer wall along Nob Hill Road & Southgate Blvd, including landscaping and irrigation improvements. The wall will be installed on the east side of Nob Hill Road (between NW 81st St. and Southgate Blvd), with additional segments along Southgate Blvd (south side) and NW 81st St. (north side). Work includes concrete foundations, utility relocations, columns, and precast panels.
Status: Public Services is collaborating with Purchasing to prepare a bid package. The project is tentatively set for bidding in early March 2025 through the City's competitive process.
