Project Description: Exterior & Interior Remodel + Tenant Improvements to an empty shell space for 3 future tenants (Bravo & 2 future occupants).
Status: Interior work is still in progress.

Project Description: Reorganization of Parking & Landscaping for new use of occupancy, enclosure of drive-through for additional building square footage, interior renovations, and additional windows.

Project Description: 1-story New Development Restaurant, one thousand five hundred square feet (1,500 sq.ft.) building with the addition of a drive-through lane and related infrastructure.
Status: Interior work is expected to be completed by the end of February 2025.
