Let the good times roll!
We are excited to begin PHASE TWO of the new Fair Oaks Recreational Complex.
Demolition of the current Fair Oaks Community Center will happen during the day-time hours (7A – 5P), TOMMOROW, Friday October 3.
As a result, neighbors may hear loud noise coming from the site.
No additional precaution is needed.
We thank everyone for your ongoing patience. This shared 10.2 acre space for children, family and seniors is going to be one for the East Tampa history books!
