The new building is coming along quickly.
Hello neighbors!
As you drive down 34th street, you might have noticed the new recreational center is coming along swiftly and efficiently.
We appreciate the continued partnership and support from SKANSKA and can ensure you this project is still on-time and on budget!
Sidewalks on 34th, 26th and Wilder are complete. Additionally, glass work is continuing to fill in around the building, as well as fencing overlooking the lake has begun.
And please be rest assured, safety is a top priority. Light poles around the park have been installed to provide adequate in and around the area.
The projected completion for phase one if this Fall.
The entire project is projected to be completed Spring 2026.
We thank all of you for being a part of this journey and we can’t wait for this state of the art facility to open in East Tampa.
