Drew Park Lois & Grady Streetscape Project
Discover how we're transforming two of Drew Park's key corridors into safer, greener, and more welcoming gateways—join the conversation on shaping a vibrant future for our community.
Introduction

The Tampa CRA is committed to enhancing the vibrancy and functionality of the key corridors that serve as gateways to Drew Park. Through a thoughtful combination of streetscape and landscape improvements, this initiative aims to transform Lois and Grady Avenues into safer, more visually appealing thoroughfares that reflect the district's potential for growth and reinvestment. From new shade trees and improved sidewalks to upgraded irrigation and pavement designs, these enhancements will balance practical infrastructure upgrades with a focus on creating a welcoming and cohesive environment for all who live, work, and travel here. Rooted in expert assessments and guided by community priorities, this project represents a strategic step forward in shaping a connected and future-ready Drew Park.
