Fair Oaks Project Construction Update | Precast Panel Deliveries

We are excited to share that significant progress is being made on the new recreation complex at Fair Oaks. Starting Tuesday, September 3, large precast concrete panels used to create the entire structure of the building will be delivered to the construction site.

DELIVERY TIME FRAME
Deliveries may take place Monday through Friday between 7 AM and 5 PM, from September 3, 2024 until approximately October 11, 2024 (weather permitting).

DELIVERY ROUTE
Trucks carrying the long panels will travel along East Ellicott Street from North 40th Street to the construction site.

Attention East Ellicott residents between 40th and 36th Street Starting September 3, 2024 from Monday through Friday between 7 AM and 5 PM

NO STREET PARKING
If you live on East Ellicott Street between 40th and 36th Street, please DO NOT PARK on the street during the delivery time frame to ensure trucks can safely access the site.

TRASH/RECYCLING PICK-UP
Please ensure your Solid Waste receptacles are curbside by 6 AM (or as early as the night before) on regular service days—Monday and Thursday.

Solid Waste collection will take place before 7 AM to minimize any inconvenience.
