Swann Park Enhancement Project

The City of Tampa Parks and Recreation Department is exploring improvements to Swann Park, officially named Hyde Park, located at 702 South Albany Avenue. The project is intended to help create a welcoming environment that reflects the needs and priorities of park patrons of all ages.

The first community meeting will take place on July 7, 2026, and marks the beginning of the public engagement process. Neighbors are invited to learn about the project, review preliminary concepts and share feedback.

Community input collected throughout the engagement process will help inform future project decisions and guide the development of proposed park improvements.
