This is the first CRP update since the West Tampa CRA district was established in 2015 and it will outline the development, project, and programming initiatives for the West Tampa CRA over the next 5-10 years. This plan update will incorporate feedback from private and public stakeholders, as well as those who live, work, and play in the West Tampa CRA District. The goal of this plan update is to guide development initiated by the CRA in a manner that aligns with the goals and vision of the West Tampa Community.

The Tampa CRA seeks to preserve and improve its areas by identifying and initiating redevelopment activities to empower residents, businesses, and community stakeholders to enhance and improve both the residential and commercial areas of the West Tampa CRA district. Our partners play a pivotal role is achieving this vision, which encourages economic growth and quality of life for all residents.
