Project Kicked Off 12/06/2023

I am thrilled to share an exciting update on the progress of our initiative, Project Horizon: Affordable Living. Today marks a significant milestone as we successfully kicked off the project, setting the stage for a transformative journey in addressing affordable housing needs in our community.

The day commenced with a lively project initiation meeting where key stakeholders, including representatives from city departments, architects, construction managers, and community engagement specialists, gathered to officially launch Project Horizon. The atmosphere was one of enthusiasm and shared commitment to creating positive change.

The project team, having undergone thorough orientation and training, has dived into their respective roles with dedication and passion. Our architects and designers have already initiated the conceptualization of the housing complex, ensuring that it aligns seamlessly with the community's needs and preferences. Simultaneously, our construction management team has started preliminary planning, laying the groundwork for a smooth construction process.

To ensure widespread community engagement and input, our outreach team has begun organizing town hall meetings and crafting surveys to capture the diverse perspectives of our residents. Early signs indicate strong community interest, highlighting the importance of involving the people we aim to serve in every step of this journey.

Behind the scenes, our finance and budgeting team has been diligently working on securing funding from various sources, including government grants, private investments, and community contributions. Their efforts are pivotal in ensuring that the financial foundation of Project Horizon remains robust and sustainable.
