City of Lorain 5-Year Consolidated Plan

The City of Lorain needs your help to gather information from you and others to create a five year consolidated plan that will help determine the priority needs of the community. Each year the City of Lorain receives funding from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) through Annual Action Plans, as outlined in the Five-Year Consolidated Plan. The City of Lorain receives estimated $1.7 Million each year, totaling about $8.5 Million over the five year term. From 2019 to 2024, the money was used for fixing homes, improving parks, street improvements, and helping non-profit groups. The survey listed below will help us learn what's important to the community, and with your input, we are able to fund projects that matter to you.
