State Streets Pavement Rehabilitation Project

The State Streets neighborhood represents a cornerstone of West Sacramento's community fabric, and we understand the importance of maintaining safe, reliable, and sustainable infrastructure for all who call it home. Following critical sewer rehabilitation in 2020 and water main improvements in 2021, the neighborhood’s pavement conditions remain a priority, requiring attention to enhance safety, accessibility, and overall roadway performance. This effort aligns with the City’s commitment to addressing infrastructure needs identified in key planning documents, including the Sewer Master Plan, Water Master Plan, and Pavement Management Plan.

Through this collaborative initiative, the City of West Sacramento seeks to ensure that past investments in sewer and water infrastructure are matched by improvements to pavement quality, resulting in a road network that supports the community’s needs now and into the future. Resident input will play a vital role in shaping the project’s direction, as the City relies on public feedback to help guide decision-making processes and to deliver results that are responsive to local priorities.
