Consultation launch!

The statutory planning consultation for the Local Development Order has now launched! 

Following some delay caused by the cyber incident, we are pleased to announce that we have now published the proposed Local Development Order documents. The documents set out:

- the buildings covered by the Order

- the details of the windows approved by the Order

- Statement of Reasons explaining the context and justification for the Order

The consultation will run for 28 days and comments are welcomed via our planning application search website: Planning search

The Local Development Order has a planning application reference number: 25/08173/LDO. This reference can be used to search for the application on our website.
