Engagement with Westbourne Park and Bayswater residents to find out local needs ahead of hub co-design

Some members of the Communities department recently carried out some street engagement outside of Bayswater Children's Centre in Westbourne Park, to find out how they feel about their community, what its strengths are, and what more they would like to see in the local area.

The engagement went well, with residents generally giving very positive feedback about the area but saying that they wanted to see more activities for children and young people, and more support for vulnerable people, especially the elderly.

The stall was one of a number of engagement activities planned by the team over the next few months in the co-design and development of the Bayswater Community Hub.
