Have you say on Westminster City Council’s Draft Cumulative Impact Assessment (CIA) 2026

We have launched our consultation on the draft Cumulative Impact Assessment (CIA) 2026, and we would like to hear your views. 

A CIA looks at whether having lots of licensed premises (such as bars, restaurants, and clubs) in one area causes problems for the community. These problems may include crime, anti-social behaviour (ASB), noise, and risks to public safety. The CIA is an important document, as it provides the evidence base that will inform our updated Licensing Policy. 

The consultation closes on Friday, 27 March 2026.
