High Street Rental Auction North Paddington

A High Street Rental Auction is a devolved power from Central Government to local authorities the power to better engage and work with landlords who have persistently vacant commercial properties to rent them out to new tenants that bring local benefit to the area. However, before this power can be used across Westminster's High Streets the proposed high street designated area must first be consulted on for 28 days to ensure that the community agrees with the proposed area. 

The first consultation for the HSRA will be in North Paddington, with other high street areas in Westminster to follow.
