Between 27 October and 19 December 2025, we shared the draft Place Strategy for Lupus Street to hear your views and better understand the level of support for the objectives and proposed improvements.
Multiple engagement methods were used to collect feedback:
- Online survey on Commonplace
- Drop-in sessions with Council officers
- Online and in-situ exhibitions of the draft Place Strategy
- Communication campaign (leaflet distribution and social media)
- Continued engagement via email and focused meetings with key stakeholders
