Get trained and participate in council recruitment interviews!

Dear Active Community,

We are reaching out to share an opportunity for you to learn or improve your skills by getting involved in the council's recruitment process. This is another way to ensure that our communities get to shape the council and the city we all love.  

We would like you to be involved in panel interviews for different roles. In order to be involved, you need to be available on interviews days, attend a briefing session and complete some short online trainings.  

Due to tight timing for some recruitments, residents may often be available for the interviews but not really have enough time to get trained, for example in confidentiality or GDPR. So, we are now offering training in advance to residents who would like to join recruitment panels, while we wait for new opportunities. Our trained residents will be given priority to take part at future occasions.

Please consider that residents won’t be rewarded for completing the training although it will benefit your personal development. However, if you are part of a recruitment panel, you will be rewarded for your time.
