Updates: February 2024

During February, the Report It team launched the new reporting solution for reporting street cleaning and waste issues. This solution provides residents and businesses with two new reporting options – a conversational-style assistant and a form, both of which are powered by AI. The new solution has been designed following user feedback for a faster and easier way to report street-based issues. The team will be finding out what users think of the new solution and using this feedback to develop Report It for other types of street-based problems over the coming months.

The team engaged with users to learn how they are finding the new noise and smoke and odours reporting forms that were released in November and explored future reporting options for highways through testing with users.

Lastly, the team completed the Report It landing page prototypes and begun testing these with users.
