Warwick Way Construction Update 28th February 2025

Warwick Way Phase 1 (between Upper Tachbrook Street and Wilton Road)

Works so far:

 Deep drainage works to install connections to the sewer have been completed and works are progressing to construct the widened footways and inset loading bays.  The team are currently focusing on the east half of the section between Upper Tachbrook Street and Wilton Road.  The northern footway has been largely completed up to Waitrose and work is progressing well on the south side.

Going forward into the next fortnight:

Works will continue on the south side of Warwick Way in the eastern section.  Once these are completed, construction will switch to footways in the western section.  This will facilitate access for businesses while also enabling works to be undertaken efficiently.
