You Said, We Did: Wallenberg Place

Westminster City Council proposed public realm improvements at Wallenberg Place in Marylebone, alongside improvements to the carriageway, footway and junctions to Wallenberg Place from Great Cumberland Place.

We Asked

Which of the proposals people felt would benefit the area most. The proposals included:

  • New raised entry treatments at the junctions to Wallenberg Place
  • New and upgraded paving in the area
  • Improved lighting to brighten the area
  • New greening through low level planters
  • The removal of 4 trees which have been identified as in poor health, helping to open up the space
  • Refurbishment of existing benches.
