Housing's Strategic Asset Management Plan

Consultants worked with colleagues throughout the housing department and wider council to gather information and data on current methodology of asset management. Staff workshops provided insight and opportunities identified for future asset management practice

From the information gather, the SAMPs progressed through a series of iterations and review to ensure it captured the ethos and best working practices on asset management. It also ensure it incorporated all elements and service provisions for the best outcomes of residents and the Council. Wider engagement with residents to gather feedback on this is now underway.
