Early consultation has now closed!

In Autumn 2025, the council began early consultation with the local residents, businesses and other stakeholders to gain feedback on whether Westminster's development is currently meeting their needs.

Feedback received will be used to inform the 'Direction of Travel' document, which will be published in February 2026. This document will help shape the direction of the City Plan before we begin drafting specific policies.
