The Blomfield Road Cycle Permeability scheme aims to improve cycling access and safety along Blomfield Road in Westminster. This project proposes the installation of new contraflow cycle lane, improved traffic signals at the Warwick Avenue junction, changes to loading zones and parking restrictions, and enhanced safety measures to encourage more people to cycle.

By promoting active travel, we aim to reduce traffic congestion, improve air quality, and create a safer environment for both cyclists and pedestrians.
