The Operator Process for 'The Exchange' is Now Complete!

The Exchange at Ernest Harriss House will be Westminster’s very first full Community Hub, offering local residents a variety of activities, services, and support tailored to the needs of the community. Managed by the trusted North Paddington Foodbank, a well-established local charity with a long history of community support, The Exchange will work closely with several partners to ensure it meets the needs and priorities of the local community.
