If approved, the scheme will help to address critical issues like safety, anti-social behaviour, housing quality, and property management standards. Your input as a tenant, landlord, or community member will help shape a safer, fairer future for private rentals in Westminster. The consultation closes on 19 January 2025 and you could win one of two £50 Love2shop vouchers by completing our survey.
