Warwick Way Construction Updates - 16.01.2026

Phase 1 Churton Street (between Charlwood Place and Churton Place)

All footway works are complete along Churton Street between Charlwood Place and Churton Place, except for the loading bay immediately outside No. 23. Paving works outside No. 23 will resume once the ongoing investigations are concluded.

Phase 2 Churton Street (between Charlwood Place and Belgrave Road)

Construction has resumed along Churton Street between Charlwood Place and Belgrave Road.  The remaining paving works along this section is expected to completed in the first week of February. 

Phase 1-5 Warwick Way & Phase 6 Upper Tachbrook Street (between Longmoore Street and Warwick Way)

Works are complete for phases 1 to 6 along Warwick Way & Upper Tachbrook Street. However, tree pits and tree planting works are remaining, which will be completed in the coming weeks.
