Westminster City Council is seeking the views of Emanuel House residents on building condition, remediation, redevelopment, decanting, costs and communication
The survey will be live Monday 24th August until Friday 4th September.
About the project
This questionnaire has been prepared to help us better understand residents’ priorities, concerns and personal circumstances following the issues raised at the Emanuel House residents’ meetings in February and June 2026.
It covers topics including building condition, Large Panel System construction, RAAC, safety certification, mortgageability, refurbishment, redevelopment, decanting, buyout options, costs, legal issues and communication.
Please answer as many questions as you feel able to. Your responses will help inform future engagement, option appraisal and decision-making.
