Let's introduce you to the team
This Commonplace platform provides a submission portal to allow you to request planning advice on major and large-scale development proposals in Westminster. The organisations below are working together in partnership to provide the planning advice service. Please note the information you provide will only be used for the purposes stated in each organisation’s privacy policy.

Westminster City Council has established the Community Planning Advice Service pilot to provide residents, community members and other community groups with access to planning advice so that they can more effectively engage in the planning process for major and large-scale development proposals that have significant impacts on local communities.

Planning Aid for London (PAL) is the service provider for Westminster's Community Planning Advice Service. In addition to this service PAL provides free support on town planning and development issues to people and communities in London who cannot afford professional support.
