Churton Street Construction Updates - 24.04.2026

Phase 2 Churton Street (between Belgrave Road and Charlwood Place)

The outstanding paving and drainage work in this section have been completed, allowing for the road closure at the junction with Belgrave Road to be lifted.  This follows the recent completion of carriageway void remedial works in this section of Churton Street. 

 Phase 4 Tachbrook Street (between Churton Place and Charlwood Street)

Construction works are on-going along Tachbrook Street.  Footway extension works recently switched to the opposite side of the road to the Nisa Local store, at the northwestern arm of the junction with Charlwood Street.  In order to undertake the works safely, road closures will be in operation at the junction during certain stages of the works.
