Charlwood Street Piazza
About the Consultation
This consultation is about the relocation of recycling and waste bins located at the junction of Charlwood Street and Denbigh Street.
The council have allocated Neighbourhood (CIL) Community Infrastructure Levy funding and Greening Westminster funding for public realm improvements to central Denbigh Street piazza at the junction of Charlwood Street/Denbigh Street. To enable this to happen, the Denbigh Street Residents' Association has requested the relocation of the rubbish and recycling bins currently situated at the junction of Charlwood Street and Denbigh Street (in the centre of the footway/piazza) to the northern and southern edges of the footway/piazza, placing them along the periphery.
Please note that this consultation does not change your access to kerbside collection services for food waste, mixed recycling or general waste.
We are consulting residents along the immediate surroundings of the site to get wider community opinion on relocation of the bin’s proposal.
The consultation will start on 7th April 2025 from 09:00 and close on 16th May 2025 at 17:00.
Please see below for a map of the area in which we are consulting residents:
