Faster, easier window upgrades
Westminster City Council is asking for feedback on a proposed Local Development Order (LDO) that would give automatic planning permission for many window replacements in the Avenues.
If approved, homeowners will no longer need to apply for planning permission if the upgraded windows look like the originals and help protect the area’s special character.
