Tachbrook and Churton Street Construction Updates - 19.06.2026

All the footway works are now complete. Due to urgent gas works along Tachbrook Street the remaining carriageway resurfacing works have had to be delayed.  The resurfacing works are currently planned for the end of the August.  Further details will be provided in a letter to the affected area in advance of the works.

Minor paving works to tree pits will also be completed in the coming weeks at various locations around the Town Centre Scheme area.
