What is the Place Strategy?

Westminster City Council is developing a Place Strategy for Lupus Street as part of the wider Pimlico Programme.

The Lupus Street Place Strategy is based on Westminster High Streets Framework and its three key themes:

(1) Safe, sustainable and welcoming places

(2) Vibrant and resilient economy

(3) Connected communities

The Lupus Street Place Strategy will set out a long-term vision for the street, providing a roadmap to guide future proposals. It will bring the High Streets Framework themes to life and unlock the potential of Lupus Street.

Have Your Say!

Following on from your feedback throughout 2024-25, we have developed a draft of the Place Strategy showing the objectives for the transformation of Lupus Street and proposed improvements at specific locations.

We want to hear what matters most to you and what should be prioritised. Your insights will help finalise the Place Strategy to ensure that it reflects shared aspirations for the area and prioritise which proposals will be taken forward to the next stage.

This engagement will run from 27 October to 19 December 2025.

You can engage by:

1- Responding to the survey

2- Joining a drop-in session

3- Viewing the exhibitions
