External consultation is now live

Westminster City Council is kicking off early, informal consultation to prepare for a new City Plan 🎉

This consultation aims to gather insights from the local community in Westminster, whether you live, work, play, shop, or simply travel through the city.

We are seeking ideas on what should be included in a new City Plan. What issues should it be focussing on? What are the key challenges Westminster residents and workers face today and may face in the future? Where should new development be directed? The public consultation is closing on 20^th November 2025. 

Why your feedback matters:

Your input will directly shape the new vision for Westminster’s City Plan which will be set out in a direction of travel document coming in early 2026. This will guide the next formal consultation stages for the updated City Plan.
