North Paddington High Streets Delivery Plan

We are pleased to share the North Paddington High Streets Delivery Plan with you.

Between October 2023 to January 2024, we spoke to 785 residents at our North Paddington High Streets events.

As a response, we have created a Delivery Plan that sets out our commitment to invest in high streets across North Paddington. The plan considers:

• Context analysis: including site constraints and areas of need

• Outcomes of the engagement process

• Alignment with our Fairer Westminster Strategy

• Initial feasibility studies of the priority projects: including information on costs, impact and timescales 

Based on these considerations, we are prioritising five key projects. In addition to this list, we have committed to funding ongoing business support projects.
