Queens Park Avenues Healthy Homes

Thank you for your previous interest in Westminster's work to make the process of permission for replacement windows in the Avenues quicker and easier. We are now working through the details of the Local Development Order.

In the meantime, we (the City Council) supported by the Queens Park Community Council, have launched another opportunity to make it easier to retrofit homes in Queens Park Estate.

‘Queens Park Avenues Healthy Homes’ will:  

• Design     improvements for Avenues homes
• Create     easy-to-follow advice to help you improve your home
• Make it     easier to get the improvements you want – which could include things like     further Local Development Orders.

You can get involved by signing up for our ‘Healthy Homes Forum’ – a group of 20 residents and homeowners who will meet on four Saturday afternoons between July and November to work with each other, architects and council officers to shape the future of homes in Queens Park.

Participants will receive £320 in vouchers as a thank you for their time and effort. No specific knowledge is required, just your experience of living in or owning a home in the Avenues.
