Statutory planning consultation due to launch

Following engagement with residents, amenity societies and Historic England over Spring and Summer 2026, the preferred upgrade options and details have been finalised. A huge amount of work has been undertaken with Grosvenor and their consultants to ensure each building has been assessed, and sensitive upgrades are proposed specific to each building. These upgrades are proposed to include:

- various improvements to windows to reduce draughts and heat loss, 

- external awnings to provide shading during hot weather,

- solar panels on some roofs.

Look out for more information on how to review the details and provide comments as part of the formal consultation. Letters will be sent to all addresses around Eaton Square in mid-October, and the consultation is expected to run until mid-November.
