Westminster Tenancy Strategy and Policy Consultation

We’re proposing changes to Westminster’s Tenancy Strategy and Policy giving residents greater security and stability in their homes. What’s changing?
✔️ Tenancy Strategy - Moving away from fixed-term tenancies and recommending social landlords offer lifetime tenancies instead
✔️ Tenancy Policy - Ending the use of flexible fixed term tenancies and offering Westminster City Council tenants secure lifetime tenancies instead.
