About the project

Email

PSPOs create legal powers to help authorities address specific anti-social behaviour (ASB) issues in an area that are having a detrimental effect on the quality of life for those in the local community.

In 2021, Westminster established an order to prohibit various behaviours associated with the anti-social use of generally high performance vehicles in Westminster. This order is set to expire in December 2024.

We are consulting on:

  • Renewing the current order for a further 3-years to December 2027; and
  • Whether there is public support to expand the PSPO to cover additional areas

We encourage residents, businesses and visitors to provide feedback on the proposals and the potential impact the requirements and restrictions would have on them; to offer their comments or suggestions, and share experiences of any other ASB issues in public spaces in the borough.
