Warwick Way Construction Updates - 05.12.2025

Phase 1 Churton Street (between Tachbrook Street and Charlwood Place)

All footway works are complete along northwest side of Churton Place between Tachbrook Street and Charlwood Place.  On the southeast side, paving woks are on-going up to the corner with Tachbrook St and is expected to be completed by the 19th December, except for the loading bay immediately outside No. 23.  Until ongoing investigations related to No. 23 are concluded, paving works immediately outside cannot be completed. 

Phase 2 Churton Street (between Charlwood Place and Belgrave Road)

Construction is on-going along Churton Street between Charlwood Place and Belgrave Road.  On the northwest side paving works are expected to be largely complete by the 19th December except for the area immediately around the junction of Belgrave Road, which will be completed in the New Year.    The installation of the new kerbline along the southeast side is due to start from the 8th December. The remaining paving works on the southeast side will be completed in the New Year.  In the meantime, temporary reinstatement works will be completed so that the affected areas can be safely reopened by the close of play on the 19th December. 

Phase 1-5 Warwick Way & Phase 6 Upper Tachbrook Street (between Longmoore Street and Warwick Way)

Works are complete for phases 1 to 6 along Warwick Way & Upper Tachbrook Street.  However tree pits works remaining, which will be completed in the coming weeks.
