Bishops Bridge Road between Porchester Road and Gloucester Terrace is serviced by multiple bus routes both eastbound and westbound. The proposed improvements include:

• The provision of a westbound bus lane from Gloucester Gardens to the signalised junction with Porchester Road.
• The provision of an eastbound bus lane from Gloucester Gardens to the signalised junction with Gloucester Terrace.
• Both the eastbound and westbound bus lanes will operate 24 hours and so will include permanent parking and loading restrictions.
