You Said We Did

The Paddington Area Cycle Movement Strategy proposals are to make the temporary cycles lanes installed by the council in 2020, as an active travel response to the covid pandemic, permanent. The Paddington area cycle lanes are on Stanhope Place, Brook Street, Spring Street and London Street.

The lanes link to existing cycle routes C3 at Bayswater Road, C27 at Sussex Gardens and the proposed future Westbourne Terrace Cycle Movement Strategy cycle lane.

An informal public consultation ran for 3 weeks from 22nd May to 11th June 2023.

The consultation activities and materials were hosted on the councils Consultation Hub including FAQ’s and a link to an online survey, a (50m from route) letter drop to 1571 addresses, emails to statutory consultees, ward members and resident groups. Feedback was collected via the online survey which went live on 22nd May for the duration of the consultation period.
