Visualisation showing the proposed improvements on Bruton Street

Berkeley Square Public Realm

Westminster City Council, in partnership with project sponsors Berkeley Estate Asset Management (BEAM) and CO-RE, is proposing improvements to the public realm across the Berkeley Square Estate, including Berkeley Square itself, Bruton Street and Bruton Place.

The proposals aim to create greener, more attractive and accessible streets and spaces, improving the experience for residents, businesses and visitors while enhancing the character of the area.
