Updates: March 2024

During March, the Report It team continued their exploration into future reporting options for highways, finalising the design. 

The Report It team also completed their engagement with users on the new noise and smoke and odours reporting forms. We gathered many useful insights following user feedback and as a result, the team plans to investigate how to improve location selection. 

The new Rubbish and Street Cleansing solution was communicated through the media, at several neighbourhood coordinator meetings as well as with city inspectors and BIDs.

Lastly, following user testing on the landing page prototypes during February, the team completed some iterations on the designs and tested these with users.
